This episode featured the girls doing a runway show that is 4 storeys up. They had to walk on a runway sticking out of a building. Anamaria oozing of confidence almost fell as she ended her walk.

Their photoshoot featured the girls in their swimsuits revealing a word they got bullied for and how they are now.

Kayla revealed she was a lesbian and was deeply moved by her bully word, Queer and her confidence word, Free.

Demi Lovato guest stars to talk about teen bullying and Diane von Furstenberg serves as guest judge.

Ann got best photo and Anamaria was eliminated for her stubbornness about her weight.
